You do CPD every year. You collect enough hours and submit it to the GDC. You do the tick boxes needed to remain compliant. Yet year on year you feel stuck – you feel like you are not making progress.
In the previous email we spoke about how compliant CPD only serves one purpose - To tick a box.
In the process, we identified how it does not solve the 10 challenges. So the question is no longer about CPD but it is about asking a different question. It is asking about how do you use CPD? Do you use it as a means to an end (tick box) or a tool for growth?
If you're signed up to a CPD service that is cheap, simple, easy and ticking boxes and yet you are still feeling overwhelmed, stressed, stuck, lost, confused, devalued or unappreciated, then you have to ask what that CPD is doing for you?
That CPD may help you be compliant and it may save you some pounds, but is it costing you your potential?
By now you have probably gathered, that Dentinaltubules is all about growth, not just CPD. We don’t want you to CPD and survive, we want you to Grow and Thrive. Tubules is about growth. There is a big difference.
