Just wondering how most dentists view their relationship with their nurses.(working relationship obviously :-) ) I'm a
member of dental nurse network and the biggest moan besides the ARF is not being treated very well by dentists! I'm very fortunate in that I've worked with the same lovely man for nearly 24 years and still enjoy working with him. Largely due to the fact that he appreciates the fact that I'm a professional in my own right. He asks my opinion about things and take seriously any ideas or input i may have. I'm not expected to be seen and not heard and really enjoy a good chat with patients. Most of them know my kids names and ask how they are. Surely I'm not the only one that has a nice boss? Posts on dental nurse netwoork make me feel i might be! I know we nurses like a good moan but surely they're not all working for ogres!? Come on dentists are you good to your nurses?
