HELP!!!how can I print my certificate if im not a member now however was a member last cycle?

Hi how can I print my verifiable hours what I have gained please? I was a member of dentinal tubules previously but I havent paid my membership for this cycle. I have done so many verifiable hours but now when I log in there are not there. Many thanks for any help
