How often do we think of being compliant with a regulator, for example, the CQC is all a matter of having the right policies, signed by everyone in the practice and that’s a done deal?
Right? How wrong can we be?
Being compliant is all about teamwork and above all, leadership.
So the next question must be - how do we achieve this?
In this workshop we will indeed look at everything we need to comply - but we will also look at everything we need to be compliant. What’s the difference I hear you ask?
We will not only look at obey the regulations but also doing all we can to satisfy the regulations.
This means our practices need to have all the elements in place and it should be like a stick of rock, no matter where you cut it, it will say the same thing - so no matter who you ask, everyone will know and say the same thing. This is how we embed compliance rather than just having policies in a file.
Join me for this workshop to gain ideas and understanding on how we can promote teamwork and leadership in compliance.
