Dr. Noland Naidoo completed his BChD (2005) and PDipDent (Implantology) (2007) at the University of the Western Cape, South Africa.
While in general dental practice, he nurtured a passion for restorative dentistry and went on to complete his (MDent Pros) in 2016 (Specialist Prosthodontic training) at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.
He was a co-director of a private prosthodontic practice in Johannesburg, South Africa from 2016 – 2022 and was a periodical specialist in the Department of Oral Rehabilitation at the University of the Witwatersrand from 2016-2019. The focus of his clinical practice was the functional rehabilitation of patients while concentrating on patient-related quality of life outcomes.
In 2022 he joined the UCL Eastman Dental Institute and now teaches on the postgraduate prosthodontic programmes’. Noland is an ITI fellow, an alumnus of Future Leaders in Prosthodontics (FLiP), has served on the professional relations committee of the International College of Prosthodontists (ICP) and is a member of many other international associations.
His professional interests include the appropriate application of digital technologies in dentistry, the management of tooth wear, and the application of improved biomaterials.
