Flora Couper

Flora Couper has been part of the dental profession for over 30 years as a dental hygienist
and business coach. She is Co-founder of ‘Love Your Dentistry’ an online platform to
support dental practices in delivering a higher level, developing their people and in growing
their business.
Her experience in dental practice coaching and training started in 2005 after being a
recipient of a practice development programme. She loved it so much that she
became a consultant for the company, delivering coaching programmes over the UK
and discovered her true passion. 
She has further training in NLP, marketing, service design and facial aesthetics and
all of that is woven into her training programmes.
As an NLP coach, she likes to explore the use of language and discover ways to encourage
effective communication that benefit the patient, clinician, and the business.
