Nikki has over 20 years of experience in the dental industry, with roles that have included, reception, treatment coordinating, compliance management as well as practice management. Nikki has a passion for helping others and for the past two years, has shared her experience & supported dental practices by delivering training with a primary focus on streamlining processes and enhancing the skills and efficiency of front of house teams.

Nikki is driven by a deep seated belief in the importance of working in an improved & ergonomic way that enhances clinical outcomes but that also contributes to the overall health and wellness of dental professionals. Nikki strives to empower teams to "work smarter, not harder" ultimately improving patient care and satisfaction.
