De-mystifying full dentures for the GDP - Dr Rhianna Fulford

With an aging population, being able to effectively and consistently fabricate full dentures is a skill that is often overlooked for GDPs. The challenge of full denture provision can be both frustrating and rewarding: this talk aims to help summarise perspectives from the clinic and lab to help streamline your denture making process. We will examine communication (both with the lab and with the patient), materials choice, commonly encountered hurdles, and the role of occlusion. This talk is aimed at GDPs who provide full/full dentures as part of their daily clinical practice.
